2 bags of mixed salad (ready, sturdy varieties: arugula, eikeblad, lollo rosso od)2 medium red onions1 cup cherry tomatoes1 bag of penne pastaOlive oilDried tomatoes in oilCooked chicken strips (Aldi), cut and fry chicken itself can alsoEggs (1 pc per person)LemonPine nutsGarlic, 6 to 8 clovesParsleySambal, as neededPreparation
Boil the eggs hard, let them cool and cut into six with an egg slicer.Wash the lettuce and dry them with a salad spinner.Toast the pine nuts brown.Halve the cherry tomatoes.Chop the parsleyCut the onions into (semi) rings.Chop the garlic finely.Preparation
Add the lettuce, tomatoes, onions, eggs and pine nuts in a large bowl.Cook the pasta according to instructions in a chicken stock cube and water with a splash of olive oil are added. Drain and keep warm in the pan. Possibly add some oil from sticking together.Heat oil in a large wok and fry the garlic so that the aromas are released. Heat the chicken strips (or fry), low temperature heat until they (and / or cooked) are.Add the pasta , mix and add to the rest. Toss to combine all of the pats. Possibly add some lemon juice and pepper, too.Serve immediately and eat while enjoying a (?) Glass of chilled dry white wine comes along very well......Serving suggestions
Tip1: The preparation of this meal is just a a guideline, it becomes much more fun when the joint is made, also possible in this case the aforementioned wine taste and temperature are evaluated.Tip 2: Given the ingredients, a leeward position with one later in the evening to start a conversation with some non-eater would be highly appreciated...:)
