5 Day Diet -Summer menu

Monday
Breakfast: Glass of orange juice, a slice of bread, 100 g cheese
Lunch: Green salad and tuna
Dinner: Fruit salad

5-day Diet Tuesday.
Breakfast: yogurt bowl with oatmeal, 40 g cherries
Lunch: Chicken steak, salad with tomatoes and cucumbers
Dinner: 100 grams of cheese, slice of wholemeal bread, fruit choice

Wednesday
Breakfast: '60 olives, 100 g cheese, one cracker
Lunch: Salad of beetroot and carrots, seasoned with lemon
Dinner: 100g chicken fillet and garnish with cucumber

Thursday
Breakfast: Glass of orange juice, a slice of bread with a little slice of ham
Lunch: Two boiled eggs, a pickle
Dinner: Chicken with green salad

Friday
Breakfast: Fruit choice, 2 biscuits
Lunch: 100 g cheese, 1 egg, 2 carrots
Dinner: Vegetable soup with a cracker.
