   Weight Loss Diets-Can you keep up the Diet?

This frustrating experience often leads to abandonment of the plan.

   And then once the diet is finished, leveled the old weight again, because it falls back into its old eating habits, stomach and intestines are normally filled again and again the body stores the normal amount of water.
   Especially for people with severe obesity, the unique loss of 5 pounds is not the solution to their weight problems.
   And these ups and downs  are unhealthy weight for everyone.

It's easy to be too little for dieting and / or eat the wrong thing and then hungry.
   It is extremely difficult, despite the hunger to eat nothing or very little, if you live in a world full of food, as is the case with us.
   The more successful the waiver, the greater the fall after following a "sin" from.
   It is often that high in fat and high calorie foods are eaten in large quantities, so that the success of the previous diet  being canceled out.
   The following bad conscience also leads act that many try to console themselves with sweet or savory treats. Diet may hold therefore rapid success, but  which can hold only rarely in the long term.

 Saving energy in the diet leads to yo-yo effect

Because of the low food intake in diets, the body switches on the back burner, the body adjusts to work with less energy.
   Metabolic processes are slowed  down, the heat production is reduced, so that it freezes easily.
   Physical effort is even more exhausting, so they prefer to avoid it.
   This savings program leads on the one hand, that in spite of diet, little or not at all decreased, and secondly, the body retains it even more after the diet is over, so you will probably go to normal food intake then.
   This is the well-known yo-yo effect.
