How To Lose 20 pounds in a month

 This Diet is quite easy to follow. And the best part is- I checked it on myself-it works!


During the diet should not eat potatoes, soft and alcoholic drinks. It is important that every day you  take vitamins.

First and second day:

Tomato juice 1 liter or 1 liter milk 1 slice whole wheat + bread are distributed throughout the day.

Third and fourth day:

Breakfast:
Tea or coffee, 1 slice of bread with butter, 2 teaspoons honey.

Lunch:
Chicken broth 2 tablespoons  peas, 1 slice of bread.

Afternoon:
One cup of tea with 1 teaspoon honey

Dinner:
2 boiled eggs, 50g cheese or 100g of steamed fish or 100g cooked chicken.

Fifth day:

Breakfast:
2 peaches or 2 apples

Lunch:
Vegetable soup (excluding potatoes), 1 slice of bread

Afternoon:
1 apple or 1 apricot

Dinner:
Vegetable salad, 1 slice of bread.

Next 15 days diet is repeated.
For 20 days I lost 18 lbs . Even though I was eating a little bit more bread that u should have.

During the diet drink as much fluid as possible.
