During the diet should not eat potatoes, soft and alcoholic drinks. It is important that every day you take vitamins.
First and second day:
Tomato juice 1 liter or 1 liter milk 1 slice whole wheat + bread are distributed throughout the day.
Third and fourth day:
Breakfast:
Tea or coffee, 1 slice of bread with butter, 2 teaspoons honey.
Lunch:
Chicken broth 2 tablespoons peas, 1 slice of bread.

For 20 days I lost 18 lbs . Even though I was eating a little bit more bread that u should have.
