Pasta Salad Recipes-How to Lose Weight Healthy

Pasta Salad Recipes- Pasta salad with Capers and Vegetables

Good for 6 servings

ingredients:

250 gr. Dry pasta butterfly
A bowl of broccoli florets
1.5 cauliflower dish
1 cup frozen peas without salt
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice buckle
2 tablespoons wine vinegar
1.5 tablespoons corn oil
2 tablespoons water
3 tablespoons fresh Parmesan cheese gratin
0.5 cup capers, drained and washed
0.5 tsp black pepper

Add pasta, broccoli, cauliflower and frozen peas together in a pan of boiling water. Cook the pasta slightly.
While cooking the pasta and vegetables, mix the vinegar, corn oil, water, parmesan cheese and capers in small bowl.
After the pasta and vegetables are drained place them in a second bowl. Add the dressing added stir in the paste. Pepper to taste and enjoy!

5 grams fat

Extra tip: Serve the pasta with a grilled red snapper.
