I need to Lose Weight-How to Choose a Diet


I need to Lose Weight??

Before starting any diet should: Determine its real purpose.

Everyone wants to have a nice body, but this requires time.
   If you are tempted let yourself to earn a little more weight than you should be aware that will take at least several months to get in shape.
   However, try to  Lose weight slowly so that you can keep it down more easily.

    To note: this is in addition to food and sport.

Physical activities are very important because you will not only lose weight but make your body beautiful.
   Do not forget that sport is healthy! Experiment to not get tired - you will find out what attracts you and have fun while you exercise.

    Knowing that doing something personal for yourself and your health- that brings confidence!
Fitness and diet is just yours and you should not be guided by the subjective views of others.
   Only in this way will be strict with the Diet Plan you picked and have good results.

This is essentially a diet,  with which you can lose weight or to keep as part of your lifestyle:

Breakfast:
Seasonal fruit of choice (apple, orange, peach, etc., or a bowl of raspberries, strawberries, etc.). Or 2-3 tablespoons oatmeal / granola made with fresh / yogurt, fruit juice and toast or other bread with jam or a piece of cheese / cheese / turkey fillet.
   Drink: Can you drink tea, coffee, milk. Sweeten it with honey or stevia.
