I followed Acai Berry diet plan and continues to exercise regularly, and began to see the pounds melt quickly.When started this project, I do not think that will really help me lose weight, but after two months ago, I lost 30 pounds. Even better, I have managed to maintain ever since! We concluded that the diet is difficult, but when doing exercises such as dancing on a daily basis and use acai to move down the metabolism, it is not so strong now! Just start to eat less "healthy and try to say" no "to sweets and carbohydrates and a little 'more to do.
